Not AvailableSteve is the Chief Litigation Counsel for the Christian Legal Society's Center for Law & Religious Freedom where he oversees complex constitutional litigation at all appellate and trial levels. Prior to joining the Center, Steve was Chief Litigation Counsel for the Rutherford Institute, a non-profit conservative legal organization dedicated to the defense of civil, especially religious, liberties and human rights. He is also a noted speaker on political and constitutional issues and the author of a number of law review articles and other publications exploring the constitutional dimension of Religious Freedom. Steve graduated Cum Laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife and five children.
