Frederick Mark Gedicks is Professor of Law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he has taught constitutional law, corporation law, and securities regulation since 1990. He regularly consults with the firm in the areas of constitutional law, corporation law, and securities litigation. Mr. Gedicks has worked with members of the firm on transactions and cases involving antitrust standing, corporate indemnification, the definition of a security, directors' duties of care and loyalty, the free exercise of religion, broker/ dealers' duty of care, and securities fraud.
