His practice encompasses a range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability and mass tort litigation, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience includes large-scale tort litigation in state and federal courts, including pre-trial practice, with a focus on expert witnesses, trial work, and numerous state and federal appeals.
