Richard H. Menard, Jr.
Mr. Menard also focuses on religious liberty litigation, representing both individual and institutional clients. He has successfully defended two constitutional challenges to the federal Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act in U.S. Courts of Appeals, has argued before federal district and appellate courts, and has represented religious institutions as friends of the court in several Supreme Court cases.
