Not AvailableDavid Salmons is the Assistant to the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice where he argues and briefs cases before the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the U.S. and other federal entities.

Prior to this Mr. Salmons was an Associate, Appellate & Constitutional Law Practice Group with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and an Attorney with the Office of the Solicitor General, U.S. Department of Justice. He also clerked for the Honorable W. Eugene Davis, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Salmons graduated summa cum laude, B.A. in History from Brigham Young University and a J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago School of Law.
