Honorable Milan Smith

Judge Smith was nominated by President George W. Bush on February 14, 2006. Rated "Well Qualified" by the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, he was unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate on May 16, 2006, and his commission was issued on May 18, 2006. Judge Smith took the oath of office as United States Circuit Judge on June 30, 2006.
