Mr. Harris received his J.D from Harvard Law School(magna cum laude, 2006) and his A.B from Georgetown University (magna cum laude, 2003). He was the Senior Editor of Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy (2004-06).
He served as a law clerk for three judges: Chief Justice John G. Roberts (U.S. Supreme Court, 2008-09); Judge Laurence H. Silberman (U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, 2007-08); Judge David B. Sentelle (U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, 2006-07).
