Aaron L. Nielson

Aaron Nielson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis, focusing primarily on antitrust and administrative law matters, as well as other questions of law arising in complex litigation. Before joining Kirkland, Mr. Nielson served as a law clerk to Judge Janice Rogers Brown on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and to Judge Jerry E. Smith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
During law school, Mr. Nielson worked in the White House Counsel’s Office and the Department of Justice. He also worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Federal Trade Commission.
