Mr. Oldham received his J.D. from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude, 2005). While at Harvard, Mr. Oldham was on the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy (2003-05). He attended Cambridge University where he received his M. Phil. (2002). He also earned his B.A. from The University of Virginia (2001).
He also has impressive experience in government service: Law Clerk, Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr., U.S. Supreme Court, 2008-09; Attorney-Adviser, Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Department of Justice, 2006-08;and, Law Clerk, Judge David B. Sentelle, U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, 2005-06.
