Mr. Frank Walsh

Frank M. Walsh’s practice covers a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, and occupational safety and health litigation. Mr. Walsh has handled national class actions, cases before the National Labor Relations Board, hearings before state Occupational Safety and Health agencies, Congressional investigations, and other employment-related claims in both federal and state court. He also counsels clients on matters arising under various labor and employment statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Title VII, the National Labor Relations Act and the Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification Act. Actively involved in the firm’s pro bono practice, he has represented asylum clients at both the merits hearing and appellate stages.

Mr. Walsh received his B.A. cum laude in 2004 from Yale University and his J.D. cum laude in 2007 from the Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, he served as articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, an advocate on the school’s mock trial team, a member of the Center for Applied Legal Studies Clinic representing refugees in immigration court, and the attorney general for the Student Bar Association.
