Mr. Jeffrey Chang

Jeffrey Chang is an associate in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005.
As a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2004, Mr. Chang assisted attorneys in litigation and pro bono related matters. While in law school, Mr. Chang was a judicial intern for The Honorable Edward Damich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims, where he worked on matters involving civil procedure, patent and contract law. He also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC.
Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Chang was an economic analyst with The Strategis Group in Washington, DC, where he worked to forecast market opportunities for various wireless technologies.
