Mr. Robert Cali

Assistant General Counsel of the Navy (Manpower and Reserve Affairs)

Mr. Cali is the Assistant General Counsel of the Navy (Manpower and Reserve Affairs), Washington, D.C. he provides the full range of legal services to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (M&RA) and his staff and directs the practice of law on behalf of the Department of the Navy in the fields of Civilian Personnel Law and Equal Employment Opportunity. He also advises the General Counsel and the Navy Secretariat on all matters concerning manpower and reserve affairs policy and administration that arise at the Headquarters level.

Born on August 27, 1954, in Rochester, New York, Mr. Cali is a 1976 cum laude graduate of the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1979. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He is a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES Level 4).
